My family and I have been renting a home for a little over 4 years now. With the housing market being buyer's market and interest rates still low, we decided it was time to put down roots somewhere permanently.
We searched all summer for the "perfect" house. After walking through around 8 or so houses, we found this little gem in North Canton. Our Realtor Tiffany Pepper, whom we highly recommend, showed us this house the day we were going to make an offer on a different house. It became love at first sight for us and we went to McDonald's to fill out an offer sheet that day! All that's left now is for the exterior to be painted and
we are in like Flynn.
Note the love affair the previous owner had with wood paneling. Yes it will be painted.
